• Town Centre regeneration scheme, consisting of mixed retail and entertainment. Anchored by Sainsburys, this development included a Cinema, mixed food retail, retails shopping and a gymnasium
• Kiernan undertook, Bulk Earthworks, Foundations, Internal & External Drainage, Floor Slabs, Retaining Walls, Service Trenching, Kerbing and External Hardstandings for multi-use retail development in the centre of Hinckley.
• Completed December 2015.
