Ltd is an established contractor, operating nationally on contracts varying in value from £½ million to £12 million. Over recent years the company turnover has steadily increased and is currently in the order of £22 – £24 million per annum.
Half a Century in the Making
Established as a partnership in 1970 by the Kiernan family and with a period of controlled growth, contracting interests within the region have been consolidated whilst increasing the workload by completing contracts nationwide.
We’re a Team
A large workforce is directly employed by the company to carry out all in-house sections of work. In addition, a database of approved sub-contractors and suppliers is maintained to ensure full and comprehensive coverage of all our client requirements
Success

Big Projects
Based in Preston but operating both on a regional and national scale, Kiernan have undertaken major projects acting both as Principal Contractor and Sub-contractor. Through controlled growth, the group now has an annual turnover of circa £25 million.
We Do it All
We successfully complete a wide range of construction based operations including; demolition and clearance work, groundworks, external works, drainage installation, car park construction, enabling works and all civil works.
