Distribution Centre Darlington

• New Distribution Centre for a blue chip (550,000 square foot), expected to be completed by August 2019. Kiernan completing all groundworks, from deep drainage up to external hard standings
• Substructures – cropping over 1600 number CFA piles, pouring 550No+ pile caps containing over 300 Tonnes of cut & bent and casting dock leveler slabs
• External Works – 43,000m2 of concrete yard slabs, installing all kerbs, ducts and service trenches
• Installation of all surface water & foul water drainage systems including drainage channels, interceptors and construction of a 12,000m2 attenuation pond
• Section 38 & Section 278 works – Formation & construction of a new 10,000m2 road including all asphalt surfacing, traffic signals, signage & roadmaking
