• This project was is an Integrated Health Project (IHP) joint venture between Vinci and Sir Robert McAlpine.
• It is a 6 block, 5 wing secure psychiatric intensive care unit, catering for 154 patients.
• The works consist of major cut and fill works, drainage, hard landscaping, floor slabs, external works, retaining walls, secure courtyards, roads, car parks and a comprehensive 278 scheme
