• Large out of town superstore for retailer Sainsbury’s – Kiernan completed all Earthworks, ground remediation, before completing the substructure and external works packages.
• Kiernan undertook, Bulk Earthworks, Foundations, Internal & External Drainage, Floor Slabs, Retaining Walls, Service Trenching, Kerbing and External Hardstandings.
• Completed December 2015.
