Distribution Centre Durham

New Distribution Centre for a blue chip company.
Kiernan completing all groundworks, from deep drainage up to external hard standings

Substructures – cropping CFA piles, pouring + pile caps, cut & bent and casting dock leveller slabs

External Works – Concrete yard slabs, installing all kerbs, ducts and service trenches
Installation of all surface water & foul water drainage systems including drainage channels, interceptors and construction of an attenuation pond.
